I’ve been practicing yoga for more than 13 years. All of my teachers from east to west have influenced and inspired my practice and teaching. I’m passionate about mindfulness, pranayama and moving with intention.

Whether you're just beginning yoga, recovering from injury or experiencing changes in the body, I will offer modifications and options for you to always choose what feels best. My goal is to create a safe space to help you feel a sense of calm, presence and connection to your inner landscape.

I’m currently based in Worcester, Massachusetts where I share my passion for yoga and meditation.

I offer Kripalu, Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Hatha, Yin and Prenatal classes, from gentle to power. I love yoga because it’s space where people can connect more deeply with themselves and others. It’s an honor and a privilege to be a part of this rich tradition and lineage.

TESTIMONIALS

classES

  • gentle

Arrive in the present moment through intentional breath and movement. These postures of varying levels are often supported by props and held for several minutes. True opportunity to reconnect, restore, and relax.

  • mindful flow

Slow and intentional movements coupled with meditation. Explore Vinyasa elements in a slowed down tempo with opportunities to hold as well as flow through a string of postures. Focus on specific areas of the body to move into your deepest expression. Where gentle meets Vinyasa.

  • VINYASA FLOW

A deliberate use of breath to seamlessly connect a sequence of physical postures. Experience creative sequencing and intentional themes around mind/spirit principles and yoga philosophy. This class is a faster tempo than Mindful Flow, with opportunities to tune into your body wisdom to make the shapes your own.
